Grants

Kynnersley Parish Council includes in its annual budget a small amount of funding available to assist local groups and organisations. It is possible, under the Local Government Act 1972, Section 137, to spend money which will significantly benefit a number of residents of Kynnersley Parish.

Members may use this funding in response to applications from charities or local groups.

Anyone who wishes to apply for such funding, should complete an application form and return it to the Clerk as soon as possible. Please attach a copy of your latest financial statement and a copy of the groups constitution. It is not possible for the Parish Council to grant funds to individuals, regardless of the aims of the application.
